In order to enhance the water rescue capacity of our region, the morning of March 18, Tianyang District Emergency Management Bureau organized district emergency rescue brigade and district fire rescue brigade part of the team members in the District Emergency Command to carry out water divers communication positioning system training.
The underwater communication and navigation system is composed of underwater locator position marking beacon Mark-7, Surface control center Commander-10, divers' physiological monitoring belt Monitor-HRM and divers' voice communication terminal Comms-Pro, which can realize real-time positioning between underwater divers or between underwater divers and the water surface, also includes 3D navigation, emergency distress SOS, abnormal state warning and text message communication. This training further empower frontline emergency rescue missions with science and technology, effectively enhance the safety of divers' underwater activities as well as the synergy and efficiency of rescue operations, and greatly improve the efficiency of water rescue and its success rate.
The next step, the Bureau will combine the characteristics of water safety, regularization of water rescue skills training, and constantly improve the emergency rescue team to adapt to the complex conditions of the water rescue capabilities, to protect people's lives and property safety to provide a solid guarantee.
